All our products are handmade, therefore Ceramic Art made by Amani Eltigani Badur might consist of smalls flaws. Amani personally inspects all works visually as she works to maintain a high Standard of Quality. But flaws are still common, and every pot probably has a few. Like scars in our skin, they are natural, unavoidable parts of the Art.
Availability of goods and prices
We make every attempt to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however discrepancies may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods already ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask that you reconfirm your order at the correct price, whilst also giving you the option to cancel it. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you, we will consider the order cancelled.
All web-shop prices are standard in U.S. Dollars ($) and Ex. studio-Dubai.
Cash on Delivery (UAE Only)
Cash on Delivery deliveries within United Arab Emirates are in UAE Dirhams – any other currency, methods of payment, such as personal cheques or cards, will not be accepted. There is an additional shipping/ handling fee for Cash on Delivery of AED 60,00 per order.

You can complete your payment via PayPal by following these steps:
First click on “Pay using PayPal”.
You’ll be taken to a page with your PayPal account information.
Enter your PayPal username in addition to your password.
Although we can arrange shipping, we prefer art-items to be collected from our studio by the buyer.
Multiple items can be combined and shipped together to reduce overall shipping cost. In-stock item orders are shipped within 3 – 5 working days from the order placement date.
Due to the differing costs of international deliveries we do not take online orders for shipping outside UAE. Please contact us for international shipping charges estimates prior to ordering. Once shipped if the charges are more than estimated the remaining balance is reimbursed. If delivery address is outside the UAE, the shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are borne by buyer. You should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Breakages & Returning Items
Much care is taken with packaging and shipping. Items are wrapped in bubble wrap, packing paper in sturdy packaging. Our pottery has arrived safely from the UAE to Europe, Africa and Canada. In the unlikely event something does get broken we give a refund of the full price you paid for the item as a credit note. You just need to send us photos of the broken pottery and the packaging as it arrived to you.
Replacement orders that include only in-stock items are packed and dispatched within 3 – 5 working days. Orders that contain any custom-made pottery are dispatched in around 4 to 6 weeks.
As pottery is a long process we try and make sure everything is at the best quality possible. Sometimes things go wrong, if your order is going to take longer than a month, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
We are not able to offer refunds on packages that are lost, stolen or “returned to sender.”
